Vivian Li

Programmer. Designer. Adventurer.

Hi, I'm Vivian! I'm a senior studying Information Science & French at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Studying Information Science has not only given me the technical experience in software development and teamwork, but has also taught me about the importance of user-centered design and the complexities involved in technology and society. I love the challenge of solving problems and innovating in today's technology scene.

I'm looking for a software or full stack engineering position after graduation in a challenging and collaborative team environment. I'm thankful for all the experience I've gained through my previous internships, project team, and courses, and hope to apply all of these skills in the position I find myself in next.

Outside of classes, I love to read, write, and play volleyball. My second life comes from exploring the natural world, from the High Sierras to the French Alps. I hold fond memories of hiking up Half Dome in Yosemite, sledding down the sand dunes of White Sands National Monument, and soaking in a natural hot spring along the Rio Grande River in Big Bend. I recently canoed in a 90-mile race in the Adirondacks and am now preparing to hike the John Muir Trail next summer. I live life in appreciation of the world around me.
